About me

About Me I left my country in my early twenties to start a new life, in a new place, in a new language. I was excited, full of adventure. Years later, looking back, there have been many highs, but also many lows and losses along the way. That experience taught me something I carry with me to this day: to give space for grief, to let emotions surface, to allow healing its time, and to seek help when I needed it most. And truly, sometimes help came from the most unexpected places. Strangers who looked at me, saw the tears I hadn't shed, and simply sat with me. They asked if I was okay. What a gift that was. Someone cared enough to listen. Someone sat with me. Someone witnessed my story, my loss, my pain. And as I spoke about that pain, something shifted. I realized I could be that person for someone else, the one who notices unshed tears, who witnesses, who takes the time to truly listen to someone's story. That realization changed everything for me. So I studied. I trained. I earned the certifications. Can I be that person for you? Will you allow me to sit with you, and listen? I want to see behind the curtain, behind the mask, without judgment, and hear your story. If you'd like me to be that person, book a free consultation call — no commitment, just a conversation to see if we're a good fit. And for credibility's sake, you can see my certifications above.
