Terms & Conditions for Coaching and Counseling Services (English)
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of coaching and counseling services provided by:
Coach/Counselor:
1. Scope and Purpose
Coaching and counseling are collaborative processes designed to support personal, professional, and emotional development. These services do not constitute medical, psychological, psychiatric, or legal treatment and do not replace such services.
2. Nature of Coaching and Counseling
The Client understands and agrees that coaching and counseling:
Are not psychotherapy or medical treatment
Do not involve diagnosis or treatment of mental health disorders
Are based on conversation, reflection, and goal-oriented methods
The Client remains fully responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes.
3. Services Provided
Services may include, but are not limited to:
Personal development
Emotional support
Life, career, or relationship topics
Stress management and self-reflection
The format (online or in person), frequency, and duration of sessions are determined at the time of booking or by separate agreement.
4. Confidentiality
All information shared during coaching or counseling sessions is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without the Client’s consent, unless disclosure is required by law (e.g. risk of harm to the Client or others).
5. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
Participate honestly and openly
Take responsibility for their own well-being and decisions
Communicate expectations and boundaries clearly
6. Fees and Payment
Fees, payment terms, and any applicable cancellation policies are communicated prior to booking. Unless otherwise stated, payment is due before or immediately after each session.
7. Cancellation and Missed Appointments
Appointments must be canceled within the stated cancellation period. Missed or late-canceled sessions may be charged in full unless otherwise agreed.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Coach/Counselor is not liable for any direct or indirect outcomes resulting from coaching or counseling services. The Client acknowledges that results depend on their own effort, circumstances, and participation.

By booking an appointment, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. This agreement becomes effective upon booking and applies to all coaching and counseling services provided.

Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen regeln die Inanspruchnahme von Coaching- und Beratungsleistungen durch:
Coach/Berater:in:
1. Geltungsbereich und Zweck
Coaching und Beratung sind begleitende Prozesse zur persönlichen, beruflichen und emotionalen Entwicklung. Sie stellen keine medizinische, psychotherapeutische, psychiatrische oder rechtliche Behandlung dar und ersetzen diese nicht.
2. Art von Coaching und Beratung
Die/der Klient:in erkennt an, dass Coaching und Beratung:
keine Psychotherapie oder medizinische Behandlung sind
keine Diagnosen oder Heilbehandlungen beinhalten
auf Gesprächen, Reflexion und zielorientierten Methoden basieren
Die Verantwortung für Entscheidungen, Handlungen und Ergebnisse liegt vollständig bei der/dem Klient:in.
3. Leistungsangebot
Die Leistungen können unter anderem folgende Themen umfassen:
Persönlichkeitsentwicklung
Emotionale Begleitung
Lebens-, Berufs- oder Beziehungsthemen
Stressbewältigung und Selbstreflexion
Form (online oder präsent), Häufigkeit und Dauer der Sitzungen werden bei der Buchung oder gesondert vereinbart.
4. Vertraulichkeit
Alle im Rahmen der Sitzungen besprochenen Inhalte werden vertraulich behandelt und nicht ohne Zustimmung der/des Klient:in an Dritte weitergegeben, außer es besteht eine gesetzliche Verpflichtung (z. B. bei Selbst- oder Fremdgefährdung).
5. Verantwortung der/des Klient:in
Die/der Klient:in verpflichtet sich:
ehrlich und offen am Prozess teilzunehmen
Verantwortung für das eigene Wohlbefinden und eigene Entscheidungen zu übernehmen
Erwartungen und Grenzen klar zu kommunizieren
6. Honorar und Zahlung
Honorar, Zahlungsbedingungen und Stornierungsregelungen werden vor der Buchung kommuniziert. Sofern nicht anders vereinbart, ist das Honorar vor oder unmittelbar nach der Sitzung fällig.
7. Absagen und versäumte Termine
Termine sind innerhalb der angegebenen Frist abzusagen. Nicht oder verspätet abgesagte Termine können vollständig berechnet werden, sofern nichts anderes vereinbart wurde.
8. Haftungsausschluss
Der/die Coach/Berater:in haftet nicht für direkte oder indirekte Folgen aus dem Coaching- oder Beratungsprozess. Der Erfolg hängt maßgeblich vom Engagement und den individuellen Voraussetzungen der/des Klient:in ab.
9. Anwendbares Recht
Diese Geschäftsbedingungen unterliegen dem Recht von Deutschland.
10. Zustimmung durch Buchung
Mit der Buchung eines Termins bestätigt die/der Klient:in, diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen gelesen, verstanden und akzeptiert zu haben. Die Vereinbarung tritt mit der Buchung in Kraft.
