Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Payments made for coaching and counseling services are generally non‑refundable once sessions have been completed. Refunds may be considered only under specific circumstances outlined below.

2. Cancellations by Client

• Single Sessions: Clients may cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund.

• Packages or Programs: Refunds for unused sessions may be granted if cancellation occurs before the program begins. After commencement, refunds are not typically provided.

3. Cancellations by Provider

If the provider must cancel a session and cannot offer a suitable reschedule, the client will receive a full refund for that session.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests due to unforeseen personal or medical emergencies will be reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis. The provider reserves the right to determine eligibility.

Administrative fees, materials, or digital resources provided as part of the service are non‑refundable.
